Prices

Current standard website pricing is Pro £12.99/year, individual Dictionaries £2.99, individual Themes £3.99, Lifetime Dictionaries £99 and Lifetime Complete £149. The price displayed at checkout applies. App-store pricing may differ because of platform pricing/tax rules.

Pro

Pro is an ongoing annual service where automatic renewal is enabled by the purchase channel. Before purchase you will be shown the price, billing period and renewal/cancellation arrangements. Cancelling renewal normally stops future renewal rather than removing the paid period already supplied.

Permanent digital content

Purchased standard Themes and Dictionaries remain associated with your WordWarren account subject to the Terms. Lifetime products cover eligible standard current/future content as described at purchase; exceptional licensed/premium content may be excluded where clearly stated.

Immediate supply and cancellation rights

Digital content is normally made available immediately after confirmed payment. Where UK distance-selling law requires us to obtain your express agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgement that a statutory cancellation right will be affected, the checkout process will ask for that agreement before immediate activation.

Faulty digital content

Your statutory rights are not replaced by our policies. If paid digital content is faulty, not as described or cannot be supplied as agreed, UK consumer law may provide rights to repair/replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Refund requests

If you believe a payment was duplicated, unauthorised, incorrectly charged or the purchased content was not delivered, contact support with the account email and purchase details. Website refunds, when due, are normally returned through the original payment method. App-store purchases may need to be handled through Apple/Google under their processes.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback where possible so we can investigate. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of associated paid entitlements while the transaction is investigated, but this does not affect statutory rights.

Lifetime upgrade credit

Where the Lifetime upgrade scheme is available, 50% of eligible previous individual Theme/Dictionary spend counts towards the relevant Lifetime product, capped at 50% of that Lifetime product's current price. The amount shown at checkout is the applicable calculation.
